Walter B. Lotspeich has been with Proxytrust since 2005. He is
responsible for the overall management of the Sales and Client Services Departments
and is also a Relationship Manager primarily serving clients on the East Coast.
Prior to joining Proxytrust, Walt was Director of Trust Operations for The Trust
Company of the South, a private, independent trust company located in Burlington,
NC. Walt earned a B.A. in Economics from Elon University in 1998. He is originally
from Parksley, VA and now resides in Drexel Hill, PA with his wife, Natalie, and
their two dogs. In his free time, Walt enjoys playing golf and listening to live
music.

Stephen Giannotti joined Proxytrust in 2007 and is responsible
for managing client relationships and new business development. He began his career
with MetLife in their Defined Contribution Group and later worked as an Account
Manager with Investment Scorecard, a leading performance reporting service in the
Trust/Wealth Management industry. Stephen earned a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry from
Middle Tennessee State University in 1999. He resides in Franklin, TN with his wife,
AnnCarol, and their two children. In his free time, Stephen enjoys officiating youth
ice hockey and spending time with family.
